  HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! My husband and I were visiting New Hartford for a concert at the Infinity Music Hall. We had a most amazing time. We were recommended to visit the Collinsville Antique Co. We arrive the next morning at 10:30am. We were amazed to fine such good quality and selection for what we were looking for. We found a beautiful floral painting in a 1960's frame for 425.00. We found a vintage Victorian mirror for 200.00. We loved a very special vintage oak table for 495. and a white wicker dressing table with chair. Then we saw the most perfect set of vintage lamps that were pink with lions on the side of them for 88.00 for the pair. The most amazing find was an off white Victorian ladies chair out in the main floor near the cash register for 195.00. as we were getting ready to complete our final selections, we decided to ask the front counter if they were able to help us wrap up the off white chair so that it would not get dirty in the back of our covered pickup truck. The person at the front desk said no they did not have anything. The man in the scooter said there was nothing they could do. Finally the little SHORT man with an apron and classes was VERY rude and suggested we go to the nearest grocery store and buy some garbage bags. Honestly they did not care if we bought or not. We did not plan ahead on visiting an antique store, so we were not prepared. WHO says stuff like they did? Unfortunately we just walked out without buying all the things we loved. I'm sorry to all of the vendors who are selling what we were ready to buy. we had our cash ready! If you own the items I have described please contact me.We will NEVER walk in that store again
